Nature of the service

The Site is an independent local advertising and referral service. It performs no repairs. All diagnostic and repair work is performed by independent, locally owned mobile mechanics ("Providers"), who are solely responsible for their work, pricing, insurance, and any registration required of them under California law, including Bureau of Automotive Repair requirements. Your agreement for any repair is with the Provider, not the Site.

Pricing information

Prices on the Site are typical local ranges published for transparency — not quotes, offers, or guarantees. The Provider confirms actual pricing before work begins.

Safety information

General heat-safety information on the Site is provided in good faith and is not a substitute for emergency services. In any medical emergency or life-threatening situation, call 911.

No warranties

The Site provides referrals and information "as is," without warranties of any kind, and disclaims liability for the acts or omissions of Providers to the fullest extent permitted by California law.

Affiliation

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Marine Corps, MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, the Department of Defense, the National Park Service, or any government entity. References to local institutions are geographic context only.
