Calls and texts. Calling or texting the Site's number provides us your phone number, contact time, and the content of the communication. Calls may be recorded. Call tracking technology measures that the Site's advertising works.

Analytics. The Site uses cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits. No advertising cookies; no sale of data.

Use and sharing

Contact details are shared with the independent mobile mechanic servicing your request — that sharing is the Site's entire function. Recordings may be reviewed for referral quality. Beyond the servicing provider and the technical vendors operating the Site (call tracking, hosting, analytics), personal information is not shared and never sold.

California residents

You may request access to or deletion of your information by stating so in a call or text to the Site's number; requests are honored without discrimination. The Site does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Retention · children

Call records are kept only as long as needed for referral quality and business records. The Site addresses licensed drivers and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Texting STOP ends text contact.
